The Basics of Returns ⚔️

At Desserbug's Corner, we want you to be as happy with your items as we are creating them! However, we understand sometimes things need to come back home.

Digital Products 💾

  • Digital downloads are NON-REFUNDABLE once downloaded
  • If you haven't downloaded your file yet, refunds may be possible within 24 hours of purchase
  • Commercial license purchases are non-refundable
  • Technical support is available if you're having trouble with your files

Physical Items 🎨

Eligible Returns

  • Must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Include all components and accessories
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Clearance items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Resin jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items with removed tags or packaging

Return Process 📦

  1. Contact us through:
    • Email: sales@desserbugscorner.com
  2. Include in your return request:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the item
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you want a refund or exchange
  3. Wait for our approval (within 48 hours)
  4. Once approved:
    • We'll send return shipping instructions
    • Ship items back within 7 days of approval
    • Use tracking and insurance (we're not responsible for lost returns)
    • Package items securely to prevent damage

Shipping Costs 🚚

  • Buyer pays return shipping unless item arrived damaged/defective
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping via ShipStation carriers only
  • International returns: buyer responsible for duties/taxes

Refund Processing ⚡

Once we receive your return:

  • Quality check: 1-2 business days
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days
  • Refund method: Original payment method
  • Store credit option available (10% bonus value)

Damaged or Defective Items 💔

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos of damage
  3. Keep all original packaging
  4. We'll cover return shipping
  5. Choose between replacement or refund

Exchanges 🔄

  • Available for size/color changes only
  • Must be unused with tags attached
  • Subject to stock availability
  • One exchange per order
  • Shipping costs apply

Holiday Returns 🎁

Extended return window for holiday purchases:

  • Items purchased Nov 1 - Dec 24
  • Can be returned until January 31st
  • Same condition requirements apply
  • Standard return shipping costs apply

Restocking Fees 📝

  • Standard returns: No fee if guidelines followed
  • Items returned without approval: 15% fee
  • Incomplete returns: 20% fee
  • Damaged returns: Up to 50% fee

Special Circumstances 🌟

Convention/Event Purchases

  • Must be reported within 24 hours
  • Different process for in-person sales
  • Receipt required

Business/Wholesale Orders

  • Different return policy applies
  • Contact wholesale support directly

Cancellations ❌

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour
  • After 1 hour, subject to processing status
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled
  • Digital orders cannot be cancelled after download
