    • This is our crafting period where we create your items
    • Business days = Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
    • Custom orders might require additional time (we'll let you know!)

We use ShipStation to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective shipping for your orders! Through ShipStation, we have access to multiple carriers including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Our system automatically selects the best carrier and rate for your package based on:

  • Location
  • Package size and weight
  • Delivery speed preferences
  • Current carrier rates

    • Standard: 3-7 business days*
    • Expedited: 2-3 business days*
    • Express: 1-2 business days*
  • International:
    • Standard: 1-4 weeks*
    • Express: 3-10 business days*

  • Tracking numbers automatically generated through ShipStation
  • Instant email notifications when your order ships
  • Track directly through the carrier's website
  • Check your spam folder if you haven't received tracking

Special Delivery Rules 📦

International Orders

  • Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver
  • We mark all items as merchandise (no exceptions)
  • Customs delays are beyond our control
  • Please check your country's import restrictions

Lost Items in the Mail 🏰

  • Domestic orders considered lost after 20 business days
  • International orders considered lost after 45 business days
  • Claims process will begin after these periods
  • We'll work with our shipping partners through ShipStation to resolve issues

Address Changes 📝

  • Must be requested within 24 hours of order
  • After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes
  • Double-check your shipping address during checkout!
  • Wrong address = customer responsibility

  • All orders are carefully packaged
  • Fragile items get extra protection
  • Insurance included on orders over $100
  • Additional insurance available upon request
